About Us
Life is never dull at our house! We live in Statesville, NC. We've been married for 15 years and have two precious sons, Dawson (age 8) and Matthew (age 6). Also living with us since 2007 is Betty, Mike's mom.
Mike & Andra
Andra is full-time mom, full-time seminary student, full-time homeschool teacher to our two boys, and part-time parish nurse for our church. (WOW!) She entered seminary in fall 2009, and will be pursuing ordination as a deacon in the United Methodist Church, with emphasis on health ministries.
Mike is a senior vice president at Bank of America, part of the risk management team for small business bankcard. It's a perfect math geek job, where Mike uses statistical tools to optimize lending policy and mitigate losses for the Bank.
Dawson is our little scientist, figuring out how things work and letting you know that he knows!

Matthew is our little energy ball, always eager to be in the middle of the action.
Betty is Mike's mom. She moved in with us and joined the household in April 2007.
Deacon is our 14-year-old cat. Raised by Andra from the time he was an orphaned kitten, now he's spoiled rotten. Now he has a new little sister Daisy... she's 8 months old.
